ABT Soloist Sascha Radetsky will appear at Steps dance studio on Broadway and 74th Street in Manhattan in a discussion about writing and dance. Through The Eyes of a Dancer: A Discussion with Dancers Who Write will feature Sascha, Dance Magazine Editor Wendy Perron, New York Times dance critic Siobhan Burke, and choreographer Mark Dendy on Friday, February 28 at 8 pm.

Herman Cornejo at Vail
ABT Principal Dancer Herman Cornejo will be the artist in residence at the 2014 Vail International Dance Festival, performing with the Pennsylvania Ballet and the Martha Graham Dance Company, according to The New York Times. The festival runs from July 27 to August 9. Herman will make his debut in Balanchine’s Rubies with New York City Ballet Principal Dancer Tiler Peck. Herman, Tiler, and New York City Ballet Principal Dancer Robert Fairchild will will perform with the Martha Graham Dance Company in a reworking of Graham’s 1940 “Letter to the World,” not seen in its entirety since 1988.
Also appearing are Carla Korbes of Pacific Northwest Ballet, Matthew Golding, and Beatriz Stix-Brunell from the Royal Ballet and ABT soloist Isabella Boylston.
