The Royal Ballet at Lincoln Center
Even though snow is on the ground and it’s freezing in New York, it’s not too soon to think about summer entertainment. Tickets are on sale for The Royal Ballet at Koch Theater, Lincoln Center June 23-28. Ticket prices seem similar to NYCB prices, with Orchestra seats from $65-$175; First Ring from $65-$140; Second Ring $65-80; and Third Ring $45-$65. Two all-British mixed bills are planned. The first consists of Frederick Ashton’s The Dream and Kenneth MacMillan’s Song of the Earth set to Mahler. The second consists of Infra, by Wayne McGregor, The Royal Ballet’s resident choreographer, and Liam Scarlett’s Age of Anxiety, and Divertissements, which will include the pas de deux from Christopher Wheeldon’s Aeternum.
